Objective

In my role, I led a cross-functional team through detailed workshops focused on journey mapping and service blueprinting. Our main goals were to thoroughly analyze and redefine how we interact with our customers at every touchpoint. We aimed to enhance our digital transformation projects by weaving user-centric design principles throughout the entire product lifecycle. I managed the end-to-end product development process, from the initial concept through to execution and market launch, ensuring collaboration between development, UX, and customer service teams. This teamwork was crucial to meet our high standards for quality and user satisfaction.

My Role
